We've been using Fit Ex for about a month now. The meals are great! The portions are small, but if you're eating healthy, they are perfect portions.The flavoring of the food is really well done. The condiments provided for certain meals are adequate size.Thus far, I've had two questions that I needed to contact customer service. The response was timely and helpful.I have tried multiple home delivery companies and not felt the cost was worth the food, nor was the quality up to par. I've been very pleased with the company to date and highly recommend them!

Absolutely love FitEx. My boss recommended the service at the perfect time when my partner and I were trying to cut down on the time it took to meal prep. We get 5 meals each per week for our lunches and there’s no way we could get this level of variety for the same price at the grocery store. The portion sizes are spot on for us and I love that they offer body builder meals if we would ever need to eat more calories. If all that wasn’t enough, their delivery execution is amazing. They send multiple texts letting us know when the meals will arrive and bring them in durable cooler bags that actually keep the meals cold if we aren’t home right away. I can’t recommend this company enough for people who want to eat delicious, healthy meals every week without spending hours and a fortune to do so.

I love this place! Jigglypuff used to be 25 pounds (which is a lot for a Jigglypuff) and I was, honestly, demotivated. I didn't want to chug down protein shakes and go on intense diets. But, Cottonee told me I should try here, and I keep coming back every day! The food is delicious and, currently, with some exercise, I lost 5 pounds! The food is yummy, and it, honestly, is the best kind of meal if you want to be satisfied while eating healthy! An overall 5 stars for FitEx Meals!

I love this place! Perfectly portioned food dishes that are healthy and delicious! If you don’t have time or energy to cook and want eat healthier, FitEx is the best. They offer an amazing selection that changes from week to week so you’re never bored by the menu. Plus they deliver, too! I’m on the weekly plan and so far I’m down over 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I can’t recommend FitEx enough!

The selection of meals here are great! The salmon with the rice pilaf was so good after my workout! Very convenient since I was leaving the gym during rush hour and didn’t want to wait until I got home to eat.The girl working was very kind and helpful and I was able to use the microwave to heat up my food and eat it right away! 🍱I really like that the macros are on the side of the label because I’m on prep for my next bodybuilding show, I like to know exactly what I’m eating! 🍴

Awesome company and the meals have so much variation and quality. The selecting process is simple and pick up is a easy too. I actually shopped around before deciding to go with them about 4 months ago. Mike and his staff won me over as I think they do with many other people in the bay area. I run a business and have a 15 meal plan and the amount of time it saves me and how it helps deter unhealthy on the road cravings are some other reasons why I like it.
