Typically, men see good results with 4 meals per day, while women see results with 3 meals per day. If this does not work for you, we can work with you to figure out your body.

All of our meals are prepared fresh after you order. Unlike other meal prep delivery services, our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen.
Our meals will last four days after they are delivered. They should be eaten or frozen by the “Eat By” date on the label.
The meals can be frozen, and freezing may occur during transit. We prepare and ship all of our meals fresh.
The cooler bags are to be left outside the night before each delivery. Deliveries come Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. There is a preliminary charge for the cooler bag, which is a one time charge.
Each meal has instructions written on the label. While the microwave is practical, our meals can also be heated in the oven or in a skillet.
Your meal prep delivery driver will arrive between the hours of 1 – 8 pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday(Friday for 6 or 7 day plans only.) We encourage members to refrigerate the meals immediately upon delivery, as the coolers are meant to hold the food only for a few hours.
We currently deliver to all of Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Pasco County and parts of Manatee County and Sarasota County. If you do not live within these counties, feel free to give us a call! We might be able to fit you in, and pick up at our store is always available. We also now ship nationwide!
We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards, and FitEx gift cards.
Our menu changes each delivery day, and we offer new options every week.
At FitEx, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food delivery service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.
Yes! Just make sure to select all gluten free meals when you pick your meals for the week.
The cooler bags and ice packs are included with the service but should be left out each night before each delivery for the drivers to pick up. There is a charge of $20 for each missing bag or if you choose to keep the bag.

While other services may offer food only five days per week, we offer food seven days per week.

You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online or via the phone. Pausing must be done for one or two weeks at a time, and it must be requested 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
The breakfast is the easiest to digest and is meant to be eaten first, but the lunches and dinners are interchangeable. We do recommend spacing meals out and eating every few hours.

We pride ourselves on being on time for our meal prep deliveries, but if we are late, you can give us a call and we will contact the driver to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
You can see the next start day on our menu page. Orders placed by Wednesday at 8pm will be ready as early as the upcoming Sunday. This only applies if you choose meals from the Sunday delivery menu. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your first delivery will be. If you sign up for a five-day program, you can start with a delivery on either Sunday or Tuesday, depending on which menu you selected your meals from.
Yes, when you sign up, you can add the name of the person who referred you in the order notes. Whoever referred you will receive 20 dollars off of their next order.
If you wish to cancel, your food will be delivered for the current billing cycle and will then be canceled. Cancellations can be made via the "My Account" portal.
