What do you want to know about the best delivery service in Orlando and Tampa?

What if I do not want a subscription?

If you would only like a week of meals, you can cancel your order right away by emailing with the subject line, “cancel.” This will provide you with one week of fresh food deliveries. There is also the option of picking up any amount of meals from our “Grab and Go” fridge at 1906 N Himes Ave Tampa, Fl 33607.

Do you freeze your meals?

All of our meals are prepared fresh after you order. Unlike other meal prep delivery services, our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen.

What is the shelf life of your meals?

Our meals will last five days after the date they are cooked. They should be eaten or frozen by the “Eat By” date on the label.

Can I freeze the meals?

The meals can be frozen, and freezing may occur during transit. We prepare and ship all of our meals fresh.

What do I do with the cooler bag?

The cooler bags are to be left outside the night before each delivery. Deliveries come Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. There is a preliminary charge for the cooler bag, which is refunded if you discontinue the service and return your bag.

What are the reheating instructions?

Each meal has instructions written on the label. While the microwave is practical, we recommend heating most meals in the oven.

When do you deliver?

Your meal prep delivery driver will arrive between the hours of 1 – 8 pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday(Friday for 6 or 7 day plans only.) We encourage members to refrigerate the meals immediately upon delivery, as the coolers are meant to hold the food only for a few hours.

Where does FitEx deliver?

We currently deliver to all of Hillsborough County and Pinellas County. If you do not live within these counties, feel free to give us a call! We might be able to fit you in, and pick up at our store is always available.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards, and FitEx gift cards.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu changes each delivery day, and we offer new options every week.

What is your policy on food allergies?

At FitEx, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food delivery service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! Just enter gluten as a food allergy or a dislike during the checkout process on our site.

Is there a charge for the cooler bag and ice packs?

The cooler bags and ice packs are included with the service but should be left out each night before each delivery for the drivers to pick up. There is a charge of $20 for each missing bag or if you choose to keep the bag.

What if there is an error with my order?

What separates you from other diets?

Our meal plans are not only a diet, but a life-changing experience. Eating healthy can make people feel better than ever before. Good food can cure depression, autoimmune diseases and risks associated with being overweight. Our meals are prepared fresh and have a perfect balance of macronutrients to ensure your body composition will improve as you continue to enjoy FitEx. Other diets may be low calorie, but often are comprised of high-fat meals. Our meals are the best route to the results you desire. We also leave less room for guessing. While other services may offer food only five days per week, we offer food seven days per week.

Do you have a location?

We do have a storefront, and we welcome customers to see where their food is prepared. Come in to speak with us about how we can customize your diet plan, or to pick up your meals. Our store is at 1906 N Himes Ave Tampa, Fl 33607.

I will be going out of town, can I pause my meal plan?

You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online or via the phone. Pausing must be done for one or two weeks at a time, and it must be requested 24 hours before your next billing cycle.  Billing goes through every Friday at 11am for the following week’s meals.

What order do I eat my meals in?

The breakfast is the easiest to digest and is meant to be eaten first, but the lunches and dinners are interchangeable. We do recommend spacing meals out and eating every few hours.

What if my food is late?

We pride ourselves on being on time for our meal prep deliveries, but if we are late, you can give us a call and we will contact the driver to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

How soon can I start?

It usually takes two to three days to get you started. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your first delivery will be. If you sign up for a five-day program, you can start with a delivery on either Sunday or Tuesday, depending on when your order is received. If you signed up for a six or seven-day program, your first delivery can be either on a Sunday, Tuesday or Friday.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, when you sign up, you will be asked where you heard about us. If you choose “Referral,” you will be asked to enter a name. Whoever referred you will receive 25 dollars of their next order.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel, your food will be delivered for the current billing cycle and will then be canceled. All cancellations must be made via email. Send the email to with the subject line, “Cancel.”
